Very very carefully! We take special care in
selecting our au pairs as we realize that the most important thing to
consider is your family and especially your children.
The first step for all applicants is that they
fill out a very detailed and specific application form. On our application
form we ask very questions regarding au pairs’ education, family background,
mental and physical health, conduct and association, and of course their
childcare experience.
The second step to their selection is the
verification of their references. We confirm all references provided to
obtain the most detailed information that we can about the applicant. Any
references that we have are available for the host family to contact.
We also interview Au-Pairs face to face where
available. We have representatives in many countries in Europe, Australia and
Japan to select Au Pairs by interviewing them face to
face.
We only accept applicants if we feel confident
that the applicant is providing truthful information.
Please keep in mind, that while we do
everything within our power to confirm each applicant, we, nor any other
agency, can fully guarantee the integrity of any applicant.
