Selectivity

We do not accept applications from all aupairs. We make sure they will get along fine in a different culture, and that they can cope easily with child care and other duties. We do not charge aupairs any fees to register with us, it is more important that they are in line with our criteria of a good applicant.

Screening

We check our aupairs’ background and police records. We believe having someone to live in your household for a reasonable length of time is a matter to be taken seriously, especially if you are planning to trust your children to that person. The safety and happiness of your children is our uttermost concern therefore our aupair selection and screening process is very scrict, especially when you compare to agencies that find their aupairs on the internet. You can trust in us because we run a real company not a virtual one like many agencies out there that make web-based selections.

Matching

We thoroughly evaluate all of our applicant aupairs and families and match aupairs with families that will best use their individual credits. You can be sure that the aupair you are matched with is the one who is most in line with your family’s expectations.

Exclusive Services

Our agency offers exclusive services to both our aupairs and families. Our organisation aspires to set and raise the standards for both aupairs and host families. Our exclusive services come with very reasonable charges.

The services we offer to the families are as follows:

• The aupair needs to be met at the airport. If the family can not manage to due to busy schedule, we pick up your aupair from the airport.

• Our aupair orientation program is very popular with many families. The program lasts a whole day and night when the aupair first arrives in the UK. Here the aupairs are given an introduction to Britain like how to use the transport, how to register with the police, the currency etc. They are also advised on how to form successful relationships with their respective families and on what is expected of them. Families who would like their aupair to attend this pay extra on top of the placement fee.

• Our registered families can reach us through a call me back service. Through that service they can have instant support, adequate advice and answer to their questions.
